When contacting our office our staff will ensure your removal runs smoothly form start to finish, first of all you will be asked a few simple questions to establish the nature of your move. Our office staff can also answer some of the early initial queries that people have when starting the removal process. We do recommend however that, where we can, a full survey is carried out by one of our experienced estimators; this will give us the best information in order to prepare a complete and accurate quotation.

The office will be happy to book a convenient appointment with you for a survey to be undertaken, which is a totally non-committal service. Once a survey has been booked, on visiting your home the surveyor will discuss with you your particular removal requirements as well as establishing the volume of the move. He will advise as to which options are available, i.e. packing, storage and logistics etc and tailor a bespoke quotation to suit your individual needs. There is no such thing as an average move! He will have extensive knowledge of the complete removal industry and will be able to answer any questions that you may have, recommending the best method for your removal and giving important tips on how to prepare for the removal day.

A quotation will then be prepared and sent out by mail or email if requested, for you to consider. Once you have received your quotation should you have any queries you should contact the office, regardless of how trivial they may appear, as Hamiltons are here to make moving that much easier.
